Why Patreon?¶
This project takes real time — research, documentation, 3D printing iterations, firmware development, and running the community. Patreon support directly funds:
- Component purchases for prototype iterations
- 3D printing filament
- Domain and hosting costs
- Time spent writing the documentation and build posts
All code, documentation, and STL files are eventually made public for free. Patreon supporters just get them first.
